What's included in Clear Cremation?
Clear cremation is a modern, unattended cremation service that offers families another choice. It provides an alternative and respectful way to say goodbye, without a ceremony or gathering on the day, while still ensuring every detail is handled with professionalism and dignity.
This option is ideal for those who do not wish to have a ceremony on the day of the funeral, wish to keep costs low, or intend to hold a personal memorial or celebration of life at a later date. Here, we also offer time with your person prior to the cremation takes place.
There is no service at the Crematorium, however if you choose, we can offer a procession, visits to our Chapel of Rest, or attendance at one of our facilities on the day of cremation to say goodbye.

What to do when someone dies

Registering a death in Shropshire
Register within five days at the register office corresponding to the location of the death. We will inform you of the specific office. You will require the medical certificate indicating the cause of death as well as personal information regarding the deceased.
